How to use a lymphatic brush?
Using a lymphatic massage facial brush helps stimulate blood circulation, reduce swelling, and support the skin's natural lymphatic drainage. For best results, use the brush regularly and with gentle movements.
1. Cleanse the skin
Before the massage, gently cleanse your face and dry your skin. If desired, apply to the skin facial oil, serum or cream, so that the brush glides better on the skin.
2. Start at the jawline area
Place the brush under your chin and move. with gentle strokes upwards and to the sides along the jaw.
3. Massage the cheek area
Move on the cheeks from the center outwards towards the ear. This helps support the movement of lymphatic fluid.
4. Continue with the neck area
Massage your neck from bottom to top towards the chin, to support lymphatic circulation.
5. Repeat the movements
Repeat each movement 5-10 times. The entire massage should last 3–5 minutes.
For best results, use a brush 1–2 times a day.
After a massage, facial skin may be slightly pinkish, which is a normal sign of improved blood circulation.
