Pangalinkide maksete teostamiseks pakub tehnilist lahendust Montonio Finance UAB, mida sillab Montonio Finance O\u00dc3. \u00d5iguslik alus 3.1. Isikuandmete t\u00f6\u00f6tlemine toimub kliendiga s\u00f5lmitud lepingu t\u00e4itmise eesm\u00e4rgil (kliendi tellimustehaldamine, kohaletoimetamine, kauba ja maksete tagastamine). 3.2. Isikuandmete t\u00f6\u00f6tlemine toimub seadusj\u00e4rgse kohustuse t\u00e4itmiseks (nt raamatupidamine). 3.3. Andmet\u00f6\u00f6tlus toimub kliendi n\u00f5usolekul j\u00e4rgmiste tegevuste t\u00e4itmiseks: infokirja saatmine 4. Vastuv\u00f5tjad, kellele isikuandmed edastatakse4.1. Isikuandmed edastatakse veebipoe klienditoele ostude ja ostuajaloo haldamiseks jakliendiprobleemide lahendamiseks. 4.2. Nimi, telefoninumber ja e-posti aadress edastatakse kliendi poolt valitud transporditeenusepakkujale. Kui tegemist on kulleriga kohale toimetatava kaubaga, siis edastatakse lisakskontaktandmetele ka kliendi aadress. 4.3. Kui veebipoe raamatupidamine toimub teenusepakkuja poolt, siis edastatakse isikuandmedteenusepakkujale raamatupidamistoimingute tegemiseks. 4.4. Isikuandmeid v\u00f5idakse edastada infotehnoloogia teenuste pakkujatele, kui see on vajalik veebipoefunktsionaalsuse v\u00f5i andmemajutuse tagamiseks. 5. Turvalisus ja andmetele ligip\u00e4\u00e4s 5.1. Isikuandmeid hoitakse serverites, mis asuvad Euroopa Liidu liikmesriigi v\u00f5i Euroopa Liidumajanduspiirkonnaga liitunud riikide territooriumil. Isikuandmetega tutvumine ja parandamine Isikuandmetega saab tutvuda ja teha parandusi veebipoe kasutajaprofiilis v\u00f5i klienditoevahendusel. Kui ost on sooritatud ilma kasutajakontota, siis saab tutvuda isikuandmetega klinditoevahendusel. Kui isikuandetega tutvumise taotlus on esitatud elektrooniliselt, esitatakse ka teave\u00fcldkasutatavate elektrooniliste vahendite kaudu. 7. N\u00f5usoleku tagasiv\u00f5tmine Kui isikundmete t\u00f6\u00f6tlemine toimub kliendi n\u00f5usoleku alusel, siis on kliendil \u00f5igus n\u00f5usolek tagasiv\u00f5tta kliendikonto seadete all v\u00f5i teavitades sellest kliendituge e-posti teel. 8. S\u00e4ilitamine 8.1. Veebipoe kliendikonto sulgemisel kustutatakse isikuandmed, va isikuandmed (ostuajalooandmed), mida on vaja s\u00e4ilitada raamatupidamise jaoks v\u00f5i tarbijavaidluste lahendamiseks. 8.2. Maksetega ja tarbijavaidlustega seotud vaidluste korral s\u00e4ilitatakse isikuandmed kuni n\u00f5udet\u00e4itmiseni v\u00f5i aegumist\u00e4htaja l\u00f5puni. 8.3. Raamatupidamise algdokumentides sisalduvaid isikuandmeid s\u00e4ilitatakse seitse aastat. 9. Piiramine Kliendil on \u00f5igus taotleda oma isikuandmete t\u00f6\u00f6tlemise piiramist, kui andmed on eba\u00f5iged v\u00f5ipole t\u00e4ielikud v\u00f5i kui tema isikuandmeid t\u00f6\u00f6deldakse ebaseaduslikult. 10. Vastuv\u00e4ited Kliendil on \u00f5igus esitada vastuv\u00e4iteid seoses tema isikuandmete t\u00f6\u00f6tlemisega, kui tal on alustarvata, et tema isikuandmete t\u00f6\u00f6tlemiseks puudub seaduslik alus. 11. Kustutamine Isikuandmete kustutamiseks tuleb v\u00f5tta \u00fchendust klienditoega e-posti teel. Kustutamistaotluselevastatakse mitte hiljem kui kuu aja jooksul ning t\u00e4psustakse andmete kustutamise perioodi. 12. \u00dclekandmine E-posti teel esitatud isikuandmete \u00fclekandmise taotlusele vastatakse hiljemalt kuu aja jooksul.Klienditugi tuvastab isikusamasuse ja teavitab isikuandmetest, mis kuuluvad \u00fclekandmisele. 13. Otseturustusteated 13.1. E-kirja aadressi ja telefoninumbrit kasutatakse otseturundusteadete saatmiseks, kui klient onandnud vastava n\u00f5usoleku. Kui klient ei soovi saada otseturustusteateid, siis tuleb valida e-kirjajaluses vastav viide v\u00f5i v\u00f5tta \u00fchendust klienditoega. 13.2. Kui isikuandmeid t\u00f6\u00f6deldakse otseturunduse eesm\u00e4rgil (profileerimine), on kliendil \u00f5igus omaisikuandmete nii algse kui ka edasise t\u00f6\u00f6tlemise, sealhulgas otseturundusega seotudprofiilianal\u00fc\u00fcsi tegemise suhtes igal ajal vastuv\u00e4iteid esitada teavitades sellest kliendituge e-postiteel. 14. Vaidluste lahendamine Isikuandmete t\u00f6\u00f6tlemisega seotud vaidluste lahendamine toimub klienditoe vahendusel(info@scalpestonia.ee).
